Day 2 Lapa Rios Romance beckons from Costa Rica’s Southeast Coast. We will provide a transfer from the hotel to board your flight to Puerto Jimenez in Osa Peninsula where you will be received by a Lapa Rios representative. Shrouded in unspoiled jungle, Lapa Rios is an absolute sanctuary for nature lovers. Its unique facilities are in perfect symbiosis with the ecological surroundings and will literally immerse you in the lush Rainforest canopy where breathtaking panoramic views and romance bloom freely.Bungalow, three daily a-la-carte meals included.

Day 3 Lapa Rios *Suggested activities: Early Bird Tour. Share the cool early morning air with the over 319 bird species that inhabit the reserve. Ride to nearby Matapalo Beach or up the mountain for a two-hour guided nature walk. The knowledgeable guide will bring a high-end Swarovski telescope to facilitate numerous sightings of exotic species of birds, morpho butterflies, monkeys, and other mammals. Day 4 Lapa Rios *Suggested activities: Hiking! All guided tours in the Lapa Rios Reserve help support the ongoing maintenance and land acquisition of the private reserve. Hiking with (and learning from) a knowledgeable local guide provides income to the surrounding communities and contributes to the notion that preserving lowland tropical rain forest has more intrinsic and sustainable value than wood extraction.
